Booking & Payments

What is required to secure my event date?

A 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to secure your requested date.

When is my remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.
If not paid 7 days prior, your event will be canceled with no refund.

If booking within 10 days of your event, full payment is required at booking.

Are retainers refundable?

Retainers are non-refundable unless Little Humans Play, LLC cancels your event.

Weather & Outdoor Events

What happens if it rains?

Before setup, we will work with you on a solution.
Once setup begins (mats placed), no refunds or reschedules are permitted due to weather.

Do you set up outdoors?

Yes, with requirements:

  • Dry, level grass

  • No dirt or wet surfaces

  • Shaded area or canopy required

  • $10 outdoor cleaning fee applies

  • Photo required before approval

Safety & Supervision

Is supervision required?

Absolutely. An adult (18+) must supervise at ALL times.

Are shoes allowed?

No shoes. Socks must be worn at all times.

What ages can use the equipment?

Soft play is designed for children under 6 years old.

Small bounce house:

  • 150 lbs total OR

  • 4 children maximum

  • Recommended ages 5 and under

What is the wind limit for bounce houses?

We cannot inflate or operate bounce houses if wind exceeds 15 mph.

Equipment Responsibility

What happens if equipment is damaged?

Clients are responsible for all damages.

  • Minor damages: $100 fee

  • Excessive dirt: $25 cleaning fee

  • Severe damage/loss: up to $5,000

A credit card is kept on file as a security deposit.

Do you accept all payment types?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express only.

Do you provide insurance certificates?

Yes — 21 days notice required.

What to Know Before Your Party

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here are a few important details to make your experience smooth and stress-free.

Booking Your Date

To secure your event:

Retainers are non-refundable, but we do allow one reschedule within 365 days.

Outdoor Events

Outdoor setups require:
• Dry, level grass
• Shaded area or canopy
• Photo approval before setup

If weather becomes unsafe (heavy rain or winds over 15 mph), we may need to pause or discontinue use for safety.

Safety First (Always!)

• Adult supervision required at all times
• Socks must be worn
• Designed for children under 6
• No food, drinks, slime, or messy play inside equipment

We truly care about your children’s safety more than anything.

Equipment Care

We thoroughly clean and inspect all equipment before delivery.
If damage occurs during your rental, repair or replacement fees may apply. A card is kept on file as a security measure.
